Theo Muller

Theo is Managing Director of MMResearch in Wellington, New Zealand. Theo first qualified in commercial law in the Netherlands and gained further qualifications in marketing in New Zealand. He pursued a career in marketing with Lever Rexona and the New Zealand Dairy Board (Fonterra), founding MMResearch in 1993.

Theo has a passion for relationship marketing and services marketing research. He works with many reputable clients in these fields to directly benefit their market position. He has authored several articles on these topics, earning him a reputation for being innovative in his philosophies on marketing and market research.

Theo is an experienced and skilled moderator and group facilitator. He is a member of the Market Research Society of New Zealand and the Qualitative Research Consultants’ Association of the USA.

Murray Dempsey

Murray is the Managing Director of Global Insight Market Research in Brisbane, Australia

Murray is an expert in the use of performance improvement frameworks (such the Australian Business Excellence and Baldrige Frameworks) to improve the quality of customer service and overall business management. He is a member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society and the New Zealand Quality Excellence Society, and his expertise in the quality and research arenas ensures that his advice to clients is consistent with "best practice" principles. Murray is an evaluator for the Australian and New Zealand Business Excellence Awards.

Prior to starting Global Insight Market Research in 2004, Murray was the Global Market Research and Business Improvement Manager for Flight Centre Limited, an independent retail travel group, with over 1500 shops in six countries and a global staff of over 8000 team members.
